EFEKTIVITAS PERAN GEMBALA DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEBUTUHAN ROHANI JEMAAT GPPS PROVINSI GORONTALO PADA MASA NEW NORMAL

Abstract

Semenjak adanya pandemi Covid-19 yang menyebar secara masif di Indonesia dan berujung pada penerapan PSBB  dan New Normal, telah memberikan dampak krusial dan dilematis yang berpengaruh pada semua kegiatan gerejawi baik pelayanan, ibadah, hubungan gembala dengan jemaat, cara pandang jemaat, keyakinan atau iman jemaat. Dari sisi gembala, dampak dari situasi pandemi membatasi ruang gerak pelayanan pastoral dan hubungan dengan jemaat, pada hal dalam kondisi seperti ini jemaat membutuhkan dukungan pelayanan dari gembala sidang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan agar kita dapat memahami bagaimana peran serta respon gembala untuk menjawab kebutuhan Rohani jemaat di masa new normal. Walaupun di perhadapkan dengan situasi yang kadangkala tugas itu tidak berjalan maksimal karena kondisi. Dan itu membutuhkan komitmen yang kuat sehingga kebutuhan Rohani jemaat bisa terus dipenuhi.

Abstract

Since the Covid-19 pandemic which spread massively in Indonesia and led to the implementation of the PSBB and New Normal, it has had a crucial and dilemmatic impact that has affected all ecclesiastical activities, including service, worship, the relationship between the pastor and the congregation, the congregation's perspective, belief or faith. Congregation From the pastor's point of view, the impact of the pandemic situation has limited the space for pastoral service and relations with the congregation, in cases like this the congregation needs the ministry support of the congregation pastor

This research aims to understand the role and response of the pastor to answer the spiritual needs of the congregation in the new normal era. Even though faced with situations where sometimes the task does not run optimally due to conditions. And that requires a strong commitment so that the spiritual needs of the congregation can continue to be met.
