PENGARUH KOMPETENSI GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA KRISTEN TERHADAP KARAKTER DAN KEROHANIAN PESERTA DIDIK DI SMP NEGERI 2 CIKARANG SELATAN

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi guru pendidikan agama Kristen terhadap pembentukan karakter peserta didik dan Kerohanian peserta didik di SMP negeri 2 Cikarang Selatan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi product moment dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi guru dengan pembentukkan karakter peserta didik; (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dengan pembentukkan kerohanian peserta didik; (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kompetensi guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dengan pembentukkan karakter dan kerohanian peserta didik; (4) Hasil dari pengaruh   Kompetensi Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dengan Pembentukkan Karakter peserta didik adalah cukup kuat yaitu sebesar 55% demikian juga dengan hasil dari pengaruh Kompetensi Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dengan Pembentukkan kerohanian peserta didik adalah  kuat yaitu sebesar 61%.

ABSTRACT

This writing aims to determine the effect of  the competence of Christian religious education teachers on the character building of students and the spirituality of students in SMP Negeri 2 Cikarang Selatan. The data analysis technique used is the product moment correlation analysis with a significance level of 5% and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) There was a positive and significant effect between teacher competence and the formation of students' character; (2) There is a positive and significant influence between the competence of Teachers of Christian Religious Education and the formation of students' spirituality; (3) There is a positive and significant influence between the variable of the competence of teachers of Christian Religious Education with the formation of character and spirituality of students; (4) The results of the influence of the Competence of Teachers of Christian Religious Education with the Formation of the Character of the students are quite strong at 55% as well as the results of the influence of the Competence of the Teachers of Christian Religious Education with the Formation of the spirituality of the students are quite strong at 61%.
