PENGARUH KEDISIPLINAN GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA KRISTEN TERHADAP PEMBENTUKKAN KARAKTER PESERTA DIDIK KELAS V SD DI GEREJA PANTEKOSTA TOKIN

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kedisiplinan guru pendidikan agama Kristen terhadap pembentukan karakter peserta didik kelas V SD Gereja Pantekosta Tokin. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi product moment dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kedisiplinan guru dengan pembentukkan karakter peserta didik; (2) Hasil dari pengaruh   kedisiplinan guru dengan pembentukkan karakter peserta didik adalah cukup kuat yaitu sebesar 46%.

ABSTRACT

This writing aims to determine the effect of the discipline of Christian religious education teachers on the character formation of the fifth grade students of the Tokin Pentecostal Church Elementary School. The data analysis technique used is product moment correlation analysis with a significance level of 5% and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between teacher discipline and the formation of students' character; (2) The results of the influence of teacher discipline with the formation of the character of students are quite strong, namely 46%.
