PELAKSANAAN AUDIT MUTU INTERNAL PADA PROGRAM STUDI STRATA 1 TEOLOGI SEBAGAI KONTROL DAN PERBAIKAN MUTU AKADEMIK DI SEKOLAH TINGGI TEOLOGI APOLLOS

Abstract

The Higher Education Quality Assurance System (SPM DIKTI) is a systemic activity to improve the quality of higher education that has been implemented in universities in accordance with the 2020 Permendikbud regulations in a planned and sustainable manner, while the aim is to create fulfillment of higher education standards so that a culture of quality develops in universities throughout Indonesia. In Permendikbud 3 of 2020 concerning National Higher Education Standards, it is divided into 3 (three) important things, namely the National Education Standards, coupled with Research Standards and Community Service Standards. National Education Standards are minimum criteria for learning at the higher education level in tertiary institutions throughout the jurisdiction of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Since the Permendikbud regulation was issued, STT Apollos immediately responded and began to form a team called the Internal Quality Assurance Agency (BPMI). Since its formation until 2021 BPMI has never carried out an Internal Quality Audit so that it cannot be known to what extent the standards that have been determined based on the Tri Dharma of Higher Education have been implemented. In December 2022 when the First Audit was carried out, the author conducted a study to ascertain whether the implementation of the Internal Quality Audit (AMI) can be used as a useful tool for the purpose of control and reference for making improvements based on the findings found by the auditors who to be the implementer of the AMI.
